This website offers visitors access via Telehealth, (BodyBith.com) to US Medical Professionals and US FDA Pharmacies, for hormone replacement therapy, ed, hair weight loss among other treatments. BodyBirth is not responsible for the above said professionals or pharmacies and is merely providing access to these top performing teams. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

BodyBirth does not have a role in any medical advise or prescriptions. BodyBirth is limited to making certain telehealth related information available to you and/or your facilitate your access to telemedicine, expert medical services. BodyBirth is independent of Healthcare providers who provide telemedicine and is not responsible for any care, advise or medications prescribed. BodyBirth does not engage in the practice of medicine. BodyBirth is a third party website.

Alternatively the Medical team can collaborate with your medical professional if any of the parties requests the need. There are no refunds for time spent with the medical professional, that you choose or the products that you choose to purchase. All products are especially made for you and like any other prescription, it is not returnable. In the unlikely event a patient chooses not to follow the medical professional advice (such as providing labs/testing) before product is received, BodyBirth will deduct 25% or more and issue a refund. BodyBirth cannot be held responsible for your choices and we hope you take the advice of the professionals here to help you.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. BodyBirth may at anytime decline services without further comment or notice. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country, state or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Some items will need the medical teams review and in some cases, you will require further testing to determine if the product is best for you. You agree to provide required tests, identification or to do a video call with an appointed medical team member if requested and understand in some cases the medical team cannot help you. The US Medical Team and US Pharmacy follows strict US Guidelines to keep everyone safe. BodyBirth is under no obligation to have a Pharmacy produce product to anyone not following the above, State or Federal guidelines and within all rights to provide zero refunds for persons attempting to purchase products without necessary documentation in place.
 

Your Obligations

By using our website(s), you agree to comply with all applicable laws.
You agree not to interfere, harass, disrupt or, send anything that isn't requested from you. You further agree not to contact the medical team unless you have a scheduled appointment.  Pharmacies can only provide you products under the direct orders of a doctor, so you agree not to contact or harass the pharmacy.

You agree, not to transmit any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, hateful or objectional material. You furthermore agree not to transmit, launch anything or try to gain access to the website and cause harm, delay or disrupt the BodyBirth website or any third parties associated with BodyBirth.

The prices we charge for using our services / for products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, third party products, blood tests and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method. You agree in advance to accept those charges. No further authorization will be needed.

Undamaged, unopened product cannot be refunded nor can a credit be given, items are made in a 503a Compounding lab especially for you. Please order wisely.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
